Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping it back.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the same return condition requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
